Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The QT. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free returns policy.

RETURNS

You can return any item(s) within 21 days of the date your order was delivered. To initiate a return, simply email us at hi@theqt.eu with the details of your return, including your order number. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns and you will need to cover the cost of the postage. Please send your returned items, quoting your full name, address, and order number, to:

Please, obtain proof of postage, as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. In the unfortunate event that the parcel is lost and we do not receive the returned item(s), we will be unable to offer any refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Instead, please initiate a return for the item(s) you no longer want and place a new order for the alternative size or style.

FAULTY OR MISS-PACKED ITEMS

We’ll do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrived damaged or miss-packed, please contact us by email at hi@theqt.eu with a photo of the item(s) and your order number. We will then provide you with a free returns label.

Also, if you encounter any quality defects with your item(s) after receiving and using them, please contact us by email and we will do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs that have not been agreed with us in writing prior to sending.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at hi@theqt.eu 

If the order has already been dispatched, you should follow the procedure above. Unfortunately postage and shipping costs are non refundable.
